Her background spans specialty retail, surf, resort, and lifestyle markets—giving her a unique perspective on both brand development and retail partnerships.

Shannon Halberstadt joined The L Agency with a foundation rooted in the industry from the ground up. Growing up surrounded by the world of sales, she developed an early familiarity with the business, from setting up for trade shows to hanging lines, building an instinct for product and process long before it became her career.
Now pursuing a degree in Business Economics at UC Irvine, she brings both academic grounding and real-world perspective to her work with brands and retail partners. Her hands-on experience managing a diverse buyer portfolio reflects the same relationship-driven, detail-oriented approach she's carried since day one.
